Interpingpong Table Tennis Training Camp in Senta

The traning camp organized in Senta was the second such event during our Interpingpong project. The participants arrived in Senta on Sunday, 11th of August. Next day at 9 AM the training sessions started with the participation of Serbian and Hungarian players and trainers. In addition to the 16 players from Senta five players from ATSK (Viktor Ferencz,  Csaba Varga, Norbert Bánfi, László Sztanó and Bence Nagy) and three girls from the table tennis club in Szekszárd, Hungary were present.

Account of the Sport Day for Families in Senta

On Sunday, the 11th of August 2013 the Senta club — as in last year — organized a successful Sport Day for Families. This year also there were many visitors (70 persons) who spent the day by playing table tennis and having friendly conversation with each other. The event provided an excellent opportunity for Hungarian and Serbian players and family members to get acquinted with each other better than is possible during tournaments.

Table Tennis Tournament for Players in Wheelchairs in Senta

A Hungarian-Serbian Table Tennis Tournament for Players in Wheelchairs was organized in the sports hall of STK Senta on the 30th of July, 2013. This event was part of the Interpingpong project. Two Serbian and one Hungarian teams competed in the tournament. The event had a friendly and cordial atmosphere. The Senta club has a long tradition of table tennis activity, but this was the first time that a tournament for handicapped players was organized there.

Next project event: Sports Day for the Handicapped in Kiskunmajsa

ATSK Szeged and the Table Tennis Organization of Kiskunmajsa jointly announce a Sports Day for the Handicapped.

The event is organized within the framework of the Interpingpong project, part of the Hungarian-Serbian Cross-Border Cooperation Programme supported by the European Union.

The aim of the event is to provide an opportunity for handicapped table tennis players in Hungary and Serbia to participate in joint sports activities.

The event is supported by the City Council of Kiskunmajsa.
